In this video, I’ll show you three different websites with more than a hundred and twenty free email signature templates. Just customize them and then paste them into Gmail, Workspace, Outlook, or any other email provider. I’ll also mention what’s good about the tools and what you need to watch out for with all 3 email signature generators.

The first website is called MySignature.io this one has the least amount of free email signature templates, but I think the designs look the most modern, it has most features and it’s the easiest to use.
You just fill in your details and leave the fields you don’t want to show up empty.
You can upload your own images and logos. And just overall it’s just a very clear tool.
In addition, you have the option to add a small button to Zoom, Skype, and other video calls, which I think is a nice addition. And there are a lot of social media icons to choose from.
New with MySignature.io you can also purchase a pro design, this will unlock some of the premium features. But you can do a lot just with the free version.

The second email signature template website is called gimm dot io
This tool has more than fifty templates to choose from and they have used more creativity with them. They just look more compact and something that will appeal to many people.
It’s super easy to use as you can just click on the fields you want to update and add your information.
Some features are only available for premium membership, but you can do plenty with just the free version.

The third email signature generator website is called mail dash signatures.com
This one has more than sixty templates to choose from. I find the templates a bit more oriented to business use. This one has fewer features and it’s a bit harder to use as the interface is not as clear as in the first tool. But everything you see is totally free and they don’t seem to have any premium features right now.
Unfortunately, you can’t just upload your image to the website, you’ll need to first place it somewhere else such as Google drive or your website, and then use the URL to use the image. This adds a bit of extra hassle. Also, you can’t adjust the image size, so you need to check what they recommend before uploading.
