Ice cream is famous the
Ice cream is famous the world over. Vanilla ice cream is the basic of ice creams.
It can be topped up with nuts, fruits, syrups……..
Here we have shown how to make vanilla ice cream at home & we have also topped it with strawberry & vanilla syrups.
Ingredients – in same order as used in the video
Ingredients for 500ml of ice cream
Step - 1
• 6 tbsp of milk (full cream milk has been used here)
• 1 tbsp corn flour
• 2 tbsp milk powder
Step – 2
• 1 cup milk
• 3 tbsp sugar
• Corn flour & milk powder paste (of step 1)
Step - 3
• Thickened milk (of step 2)
• ½ cup cream / malai
• 2 tbsp powdered sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla essence
Do remember cooking is an art not a science.
Quantity of ingredients needs to be altered as per the local taste and your personal preferences.
