"Infinite is a 2021 science fiction action movie directed by Antoine Fuqua. The movie follows the story of Evan McCauley (Mark Wahlberg), a man who suffers from schizophrenia and is haunted by memories of events he has never experienced. After being hunted by a group of strangers led by Bathurst (Chiwetel Ejiofor), Evan learns that he is one of the ""Infinites,"" a group of people who have lived multiple lives and have access to all of their skills and knowledge. The Infinites have been locked in a centuries-long battle with the Nihilists, who seek to end all life on Earth.
In one of the movie scenes, Evan, along with a team of Infinites, attempts to retrieve a powerful object that will give them an advantage over the Nihilists. They infiltrate a heavily guarded laboratory, but their plan quickly goes awry, and they find themselves in a gunfight with the security guards. The team is able to hold off the guards long enough for Evan to retrieve the object, but they are eventually forced to flee the laboratory.
As they make their escape, they are pursued by the Nihilists, who have gained the upper hand. In a desperate attempt to escape, Evan uses his newfound skills and knowledge to pilot a plane, despite having no previous experience. He and his team engage in a thrilling aerial dogfight with the Nihilists, eventually gaining the upper hand and destroying their planes.
The movie also features Sophie Cookson as Nora Brightman, an Infinite who becomes Evan's ally, and Jason Mantzoukas as Artisan, another member of the Infinite group. Infinite is a thrilling action movie that explores the idea of reincarnation and the power of human potential."
