China Airlines Economy Class | WORST Economy Seat in Asia??

China Airlines CI162 from Taipei to Seoul Description: The flight has been delayed by 5+hours due to severe weather around Taoyuan airport. This is my second time experiencing this type of seat of China Airlines, and I can tell the seat was the worst seat ever. Overall, the food was fine, but I cannot understand why the drink service was unavailable during the meal service unless I asked them. Actually, the price of this ticket was quite pricy, it was around A$600 and I would never fly under this price.
