DIY Scarecrow Robot - Motion Activated, Solar Powered, Snake Flailing, Critter-Startling machine!

I wanted to come up with a new solution to keep critters away from my garden. The fake owl is useless, and hanging pie tins from a string seems so last century. So I had little choice but to build a motion-activated, solar-powered, critter-startling robot that flails snakes.
