12K includes everything I will use to live for the next 5 to 10 years.. I own my land, home, quiet electrical power generating system, water storage for 2500 gallons, and propane storage tanks...
Land .................$ 1000
Survey................$ 600
Green Trailer.........$ 801
(moving it ^)........$ 500
Awning/fence posts....$ 1000
32' Motorhome.........$ 2500
(repairs ^)..........$ 500
2500 gal. water tank..$ 1100
Solar System 800W ....$ 3150
Paint/bricks/misc.....$ 200
Land Work ............$ 550

Grand Total.........$ 11,900
I will have ongoing expenses such as food, propane, taxes, water, etc.. Amortized out for 10 years (120 months) equals 100 a month.. For 5 years (60 months) = 200 a month.. These prices will never increase, you cannot be turned dow....................... anyway..
Hopefully the batteries will be the only thing that may need replacing during the next 10 years...
