How to make
1. Mix 2 tablespoons of sour cream, 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice (or 0.5 tablespoon)
2. Cut 2 dill stems and mix them to complete the ranch sauce
3. Slice tomatoes thinly
4. Slice cucumber thinly and sprinkle with salt
5. Remove the bottom of oyster mushroom and remove it
6. Stir-fry oyster mushrooms in a pan lightly covered with olive oil
7. Remove the bottom of lettuce and cut the thick part in half
8. Make fried eggs to your liking
9. Bake 3 slices of bread
