In this tutorial, you will learn How to Use Live Chat Help on Amazon. If you shop on Amazon and need to get help, one of the best ways I’ve found is to use the online live chat help service. It’s easy to use and I’ve always had a good experience using this help option.
Also, once you’re done with your Amazon inquiry, you can get the transcript of the chat sent to your email. So you have a record of your conversation with the Amazon representative.
To use the live chat help on Amazon, follow these steps: (1) click on the link below and log into your Amazon account or click on the Help menu items in your Amazon account; (2) scroll to the bottom of the page and hover your mouse over “Need More Help”; (3) next, choose “Contact Us”; (4) choose one of the help categories; (5) use the drop-down menus to be more specific about your inquiry; (6) scroll down and click on the “Start Chat” button.
Once you do so, a chat window will pop up and you can type your message into the chat box. Once you’re done chatting, click the “End Chat” button.
