How do we do Astro Travel outside of our body?

How do we do it?
We have an Astral Body
Made up of Ether particles
Causal body with magnetism
Both cannot be separated
If 51% of Ether energy particles come out of our body
Astral body becomes separate
We experience out of body experience
Such a travel willfully is called Astro Travel
In 1987, Aliyar Temple of Consciousness
In Master's course
Our guru Yogiraj Vethathiri Maharishi
We were taught Astro Travel
Meditate at a certain chakra the previous night
We meditated at 5:30 am the next day guided by your guru
With Guru's meditative powers, he will elevate ourselves out of the body
We will move in stages to the room
Turn around and look at the body
Beautiful sense to feel our body from out of our body
We went up to the moon
Travel to the known places in the world first
We slowly came back into our body guided by him.
A silver chord connects our body to the astral energy body
Astral body cannot get lost from the physical body
We will draw ourselves back to the physical body
No need for any fear
However, the meditation can be slightly tiresome
Rest the day before and day of the meditation
Spent the days on spiritual work
Meditate
Exercise
Introspection
Light physical work
Do Kaya Kalpa Yoga
Sit in silence
Increase bio magnetic energy
All of these will help in astro travel
This meditation has been stopped
Because in certain counties such as the Middle East
Astro meditation was delcared illegal
We must respect the law of UAE etc.
We do not practice it anymore
We do not teach it anymore
We do not wish to teach to anyone
The President of WCSC has decided to stop it.
We respect it.
I am not able to give any further details.
Probably no need for such as meditation.

It takes you the almighty force
You will experience an astro travel like experience
You can practice regularly
