Hello Folks!
I hope I find you all well. So today I made this fabulous delicious creamy shredded chicken in the slow cooker, or Crockpot :) This is so lovely served over mashed potato, rice or even pasta! You could add extra veggies like mushrooms, sweetcorn, peas & carrots….whatever you fancy.
Everything I used will be below.

What I used - 2.5 Litre Crockpot
INGREDIENTS
* 3 -4 Chicken breasts
* 1 Seasoning sachet - Casserole/stew style mix. I used a 40g | 1.4 oz Aldi sachet
* 295g | 10.4 oz Can of Campbells condensed chicken soup
* 400g | 14 oz Can of Heinz cream of chicken soup
* 200ml | 1 cup | 7 oz Water
* 120ml | 1/2 cup | 4 oz Sour cream
* 2 Teaspoons Garlic granules
* 2 Teaspoons onion granules
* 2 Tablespoons chopped parsley
* Salt & pepper to taste - I used 1/2 teaspoon of each
