Eggplant Fries in the Air
Eggplant Fries in the Air Fryer with The Trailer Park Cooking Show and Chef Jolene Sugarbaker The Trailer Park Queen.
Make a unique French Fry using Eggplant! Today Jolene uses a Fairytale Eggplant to make fries in the Air Fryer! Add your own spices and have fun with the dipping sauces too! What will you add?
Even if you're not that familiar with Eggplant, this fun dish is a great way to get to know Eggplant! Using breadcrumbs with Italian Spices, Parmesan Cheese, Pepper, and other simple ingredients already in your home or Trailer!
And yes, you can probably bake them, Try 350 for 10-15 minutes.
And because you'll ask, Can I use something other than Eggplant?
They wouldn't be called Eggplant Fries then :)
