In this video, we're going to make a scrumptious chocolate cake with just one egg. This recipe is perfect for when you're craving a decadent dessert but don't have a lot of ingredients on hand. It's simple, quick, and guaranteed to satisfy your sweet tooth. It will be prepared with only five minutes.

Ingredients:
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4cup boiling water
1 tsp coffee
Dark sweet chocolate 1 cup
Heavy Cream (hot) 200 gm

Instructions
1 :Preheat your oven to 150°C and grease a 9-inch round cake pan.

2:In a large mixing bowl, sift together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder and baking soda.

3: Add the egg, milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Mix until well combined.

4: Gradually pour in the boiling water with coffee powder while stirring the batter. The batter will be thin, but that's normal.

5: Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and smooth the top with a spatula.

6: Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

7: Once baked, remove the cake from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.

8: Make frosting with heavy Cream and dark sweet chocolate. Enjoy!
