Resizing multiple pictures at once
Pictures manipulation is always difficult, time consuming and boring work in presentation however, you can resize or equal size all the picture the most easy & short time. We can resize multiple pictures at once is a time saving feature that streamlines the editing process. Simply select all the pictures you want to resize, then use the "Format" tab and adjust the size using the "Size" options. How to resize all picture at once is available in detail.

In PowerPoint, MS word, MS Excel now has the option to look for outsource information from inside the MS Office which save you time & energy. We can also find the command or any item in Office file menu etc without opening the menu bar one after another. So just type the name of the required command & without manual search through auto search you can find the required command like format, find, breaks etc.

Creating equal lines or placing the lines or icons etc on equal distance etc is time consuming task however, swift Equal distant lines making in PowerPoint ensure uniform spacing between objects, maintaining visual balance and professionalism. To create them, align objects horizontally or vertically using the "Align" option under the "Arrange" tab. Shortcut Alt + Tab for switching the different windows active on your desktop
Almost all the time we open multiple windows & the go one by one to open the required window already opened in our desktop. Similarly, I shared how you can open the desired window on your desktop without the use of mouse or opening one window after another window. In PowerPoint, using the Alt + Tab keyboard shortcut allows for seamless switching between open applications or windows, facilitating efficient multitasking during presentations. By pressing Alt + Tab, you can quickly navigate to other programs or documents without disrupting your slide show, ensuring smooth transitions and uninterrupted flow. This feature enhances presenter flexibility and enables dynamic content integration from various sources. Alt & tab button save you time & energy with fast reaching to desired window.
Some important features/ commands are given below:-
1. Smart Art - Hierarchy Chart
To avoid repetition going into Menu Bar
Shapes & then Right Click
Select Lock Drawing Mode
It is used to avoid repetition of command & to switch the work
2. Smart Art - Hierarchy Chart
Write the entire Hierarchy of your Organization & Select entire Hierarchy
Right Click & select Convert to Smart Art & then More Smart Art Graphic & then Hierarchy
Choose your desired chart & click OK
3. Click on Picture & go to Format mentioned Picture Tools
Click small arrow downward
Select Ratio & click outside the slide area
4. Tell Me What To Do (with regard to accessing the outside data from internet & also to find any command inside the presentation though search as well as to avoid clicking/ searching from menu to menu)
Click inside Tell Me What To Do & type the topic you desired to know
5. Equal & Equidistant Lines
Go to Insert & then Shapes
Select shape & draw line
Ctrl + D
Drag first line to desired distance
Keep pressing Ctrl + D & equidistant lines would be added
