Pat Sherwood's garage gym tour.

Show me your garage gym, home gym, apartment/condo gym, etc. I want to highlight all the cool & unique spaces/places YOU workout. We have members with very elaborate garage gyms & other members with nothing more than a pair of dumbbells on their kitchen floor & a pull-up bar mounted to the wall. I think all of this is what makes our community dedicated, cool & so special. Simply film a short video on your phone (landscape view). Make sure the video is less than 10 minutes. Then, either upload it to YouTube (make it "public") & just email the link to me at [email protected], or if you are not on YouTube just film the video & email it to me. I will compile them & post them on the CF Linchpin Youtube channel over time. 😃 In the video let people know who you are, where you live in the world, a bit about yourself & then give us a tour of where you workout. 🔥
