Wisecut generates a transcribed storyboard based on your speech, which lets you edit the video by editing the storyboard text. The Initial transcription pass does well.
With wisecut it is very easy to upload a video recording of a presentation with voice over. And the Initial processing to remove dead air, coughing etc was excellent.
But there is a learning curve. There is very limited documentation and tutorials to explain options and tools. It’s very cumbersome to trim time off using the slide bar. No way to cut out a small clip in the middle of a sentence in editor.
Wisecut is focused on people based AI video editing. If you upload 20-30 minutes of an interview, presentation, or something with humans talking it does an AMAZING job of time saving editing.
Pictory on the other hand created videos of all types super-fast.
