In this NEW SERIES of Travels with my Friend (filmed just last week!) we start our trip to Portugal with a tour of the incredible Torel Palace Hotel in Porto.
Stephanie visited the Torel Palace four years ago when it was being converted from a former school.  It was in a very sorry state but through hard work and incredible imagination and design flair the owners have turned it into a magnificent luxury hotel  -which manages to combine the sense of history with a modern twist.
