INGREDIENTS
Grapes - 450 grams
Water - 1/2 cup
Lemon juice - 1 teaspoon
Soda
PREPARATION
1. Take a pan add 450 grams grapes and stir.
2. Bring the mixture to a simmer and continue simmering for about 20 minutes until the grapes have begun to soften.
3. Smash the grapes with a large spoon as they cook.
4. Transfer the mixture into the blender and blend until completely blended.
5. Cool down the grape syrup.
6. Add ice, grape syrup into the glass and top with soda.
7. Serve.
