Roll cake

Swiss Roll Cake
3 eggs
1 egg yolk
50-80gr granulated sugar
60gr all purpose flour
10gr milk powder
1 tsp cake emulsifier
1 tsp vanilla extract
80gr melted butter
1/6 tsp salt

Fillings
150-200gr buttercream or fruit jam
Cheese, chocolate, fruits, etc

Bake in 170-180C fire top and bottom for 20-25 minutes

Cake pans 21x26 or 22x22

Roll cake
3 eggs
1 egg yolk
50-80gr granulated sugar
60gr low protein flour
10g powdered milk
1/2 tsp cake emulsifier
1 tsp vanilla extract
80gr melted butter
1/6 tsp salt (skipped if using margarine)

Filling
150-200gr Buttercream
Cheese or chocolate or fruit to taste

Bake at 170-180
Tangkring Oven 35-40 Minutes
Lower gas oven 35-40 minutes
Electric oven fire up and down 25-30 minutes

21x26 or 22x22 . baking sheet

18x18 pan
3 eggs
45gr blue triangle flour
10g powdered milk
40-60gr granulated sugar
10gr cake emulsifier
60gr melted butter
1/8 tsp salt
Bake at 170-180C
Bake oven 30 minutes
Lower gas oven for 30 minutes
Electric oven fire up and down 20-25 minutes

30x30 . pan
5 eggs + 1 egg yolk
90gr blue triangle flour
20gr milk powder
80-150gr granulated sugar
15gr Cake emulsifier
120-150gr melted butter
1/6 tsp salt
Bake at 170-180C
Tangkring oven 40 minutes
Lower gas oven 40 minutes
Electric oven fire up and down 30-35 minutes

Things to note:
To avoid sticking, make sure the oven temperature is 180C in a medium heat tangkring oven, the oven time of 35 minutes could be more or less depending on your oven, the signs are perfectly cooked: the brown color is evenly distributed, the edges are starting to peel a little.
Pay attention to my otang, there is sand in and on top of the oven as a conductor of heat, so the temperature remains stable and even.  I also use an oven thermometer, so I can control the temperature/fire of the stove

The bottom of the pan is just lined with parchment paper, the edges are not necessary.

When making a batik effect, chopsticks to the bottom.

When finished rolling, wait 5 minutes then open, do not leave too long on the parchment paper to avoid sticking.
