Fearless Cheat Engine isn't what it used to be, and the creators tend to be hiding their cheat there. As an alternative, you might try open cheat engine and the tables on that site. I HAVE NOT TESTED THESE PERSONALLY and they ARE DIFFERENT FROM THE TABLES IN MY VIDEO. But I'm pitching it because they're not hiding their work. With that said, if you have any issues with the table, please bring it up on their site to the creators of the table, and PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL. They are creating these out of the goodness of their heart, and didn't sign up to be your I.T. team.
That said, I think the game's PVP theft system is still terrible since it penalizes offline players and even online players who simply don't want to be bothered. The tables from Open Cheat Engine have an "Add Soldiers" feature, so best of luck to you. I haven't played this game or tested any of my old tables in years, but there is still an active community looking to play "their way", and I encourage you to do the same.

Here's the OLD CHEAT TABLE from the video. Some parts of it don't work, but it works for me when editing soldiers and looks like the one I used in the video.

This is the newest and most complete Cheat Table around. It has more options than what you saw in my video, but includes the same codes to edit soldiers and the basics in my video are still the same for this table. Mostly.
