Chocolate biscuit cake without baking - Today I am making a very simple cake with biscuits. Many people know this cake from childhood, in Germany it is also called “cold dog”. So here is my version of broken biscuits, chocolate syrup and roasted walnuts with a delicious chocolate glaze. The cake is very easy and quick to prepare. It only takes a little time for the cake to freeze in the refrigerator. A quick no bake cake that is chilled. Great to prepare the day before and let's go to the next party!
► Recipe and ingredients:
100 g walnuts, fry a little
550-600 g biscuits
180 g of sugar
60 g cocoa
10 g vanilla sugar
250 ml of water
bring to the boil and cook for 1 minute
150 g butter
let cool down
Form 22-23 cm
Put in the fridge for 20-30 minutes
Heat 150 ml cream (do not boil!)
150 g dark chocolate
Put in the fridge for 2 hours
decorate as you wish
The cake turned out very tasty and tender!
