STEP 1 - MEASURE & CUT YOUR TAPE
Measure the tape from the bottom to top of the calf
Cut 2 long strips and 1 short strip (don't forget to round the edges!)
Rip the ends of the long strip
Lay the base of the strip with 0% stretch to the top of the achilles

STEP 2 - STRETCH THE CALF AND APPLY TAPE
Lunge forward to put the calf on stretch
Apply the tape with 0% stretch around the belly of the calf
Rub to activate glue
Repeat for the other side

STEP 3 - APPLY SHORT STRIP ON STRETCH
Prepare short strip and removing the middle section of backing paper
Stretch the tape to 50% and apply on point of pain
Lay the anchors with 0% stretch
Finish by rubbing the glue to activate the adhesion
