I get overwhelmed...a lot. Today
I get overwhelmed...a lot. Today I'm sharing some of the things I do when I feel a little more potato-ey than usual 🥔 (I just think they're neat... comment below if you know that reference 😬). These are often a combination of small things I can do on the day I feel I'm in a rut, or more long-term things I can do to reset when I'm overwhelmed by work, but my debt, by shopping temptation, or when I just plain feel sorry for myself. I hope some of these little things help you if you ever feel a little overwhelmed and feel like you need a reset.
