Features of posterior wall of middle ear are:
1.Aditus
2.Fossa incudis
3.Pyramid
4.Vertical part of facial canal
5.Posterior canaliculus for chorda tympani.

Features of medial wall are:-
1.Promontory
2.Oval window (fenestra vestibule)
3 Round window (fenestra cochleae)
4.Sinus tympani
5.Prominence of oblique part of the facial canal
6.Prominence of lateral semicircular canal of the internal ear
