INGREDIENTS👇👇

1) Half kg Poha / Beaten Rice / Avalakki, thick size Poha

2) Salt has per taste

3) Water 2 -3 Cup

4) plastic Sheet or saree Cloth  to dry


INSTRUCTIONS👇👇

1) Wash poha 3 times and Add water to Poha ( water Should above the 1 inches of Poha ) Let it soak for 8 hours ( one night)

2) After 8 hours place Soaked poha to plate and add salt has per your taste and mix well make it has paste

3) Take Chakkali / Sandige maker and add mixed Poha / Avalakki to Chakkali maker then spread to Plastic sheet or saree cloth then leave it for 1 day to Sun light

4) After 1 day Poha is ready to Fry

5) Now heat the oil and Fry the Sundried Poha / Avalakki and enjoy with Tea , coffee, Rice😍😍
