Casio G-Shock GW-M5610U (Module 3495) - Setting time, time zone, date, auto light, daylight savings

In this video I cover all the basic features (and how to adjust the settings) of the Casio GW-M5610U (Module 3495).  Mine is specifically the black version with negative display (my box is labeled 5610U-1BCR) but the functions should be the same on anything with the same module (including the U-1 with the positive display).  Once you get used to operating one Casio watch, you can figure out most of them on your own fairly easily.  If you have questions, post them below!  I'm far from an expert but I'll do my best.
