Pineapple Cucumber Salad Recipe
Ingredients

Pineapple - 1
Cucumber - 2
Tomato - 1
A few chopped Coriander leaves

For Salad Dressing
Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Pepper - 1 tsp
Honey - 3 tbsp

Method:
1. To make salad dressing - in a cup add lemon juice, salt, pepper, honey and mix it well.
2. In a wide bowl - add cucumber, pineapple, tomato, coriander leaves, the salad dressing and gently mix it well.
3. Keep this in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes and serve it chill.
