Ingredients:
½ cup sesame seeds – dry roast on low flame till pops – keep aside
3 tsp oil
1 Tbsp Urad Dal
½ Tsp Channa Dal
5 red chillies (upto 10 as per taste)
1 Onion – sliced
Add 2 Tomatoes – chopped
Salt to taste
5 to 6 cloves of garlic
½ Tsp cumin seeds
A small piece of Tamarind
For tempering:
2 Tbsps Oil
½ Tsp Urad Dal
½ Tsp Mustard seeds
1 Sprig Curry Leaves
