Dr Neil Quilliam on Relations Between the GCC Countries and Asia

Dr Neil Quilliam presented on 'GCC looks East' at Durham University's conference Pan-Asian Relations and the Middle East, which was held 23-25th April 2014. He argues that in spite of the GCC intensifying its interactions with the East, the relationship, to date, remains transactional and there is little evidence to suggest otherwise.
