INGREDIENTS:
For Green Chutney:
* Mint Leaves(पुदीना पत्ती) - 1/2 Cup
* Coriander Leaves(हरा धनिया) - 1 Cup
* Green Chilli(हरी मिर्च) - 2
* Ginger(अदरक)
* Roasted Grams(भुने चने) - 1/4 Bowl
* Black Salt(काला नमक) - As per taste
* Roasted Cumin Powder(भुना जीरा पाउडर) - 1/2 Spoon
* Chat Masala(चाट मसाला) - 1 Spoon
* Salt(नमक) - As per taste
* Lemon Juice(नींबू का रस)
* Ice Cubes(बर्फ के टुकड़े)
* Water(पानी) - Some

For Masala Paani:
* Ginger(अदरक)
* Green Chilli(हरी मिर्च) - 2
* Mint Leaves(पुदीना पत्ती) - 1/2 Cup
* Coriander Leaves(हरा धनिया) - 1 Cup
* Tamarind Pulp(इमली का पल्प) - 1/4 Cup
* Black Salt(काला नमक) - As per taste
* Roasted Cumin Powder(भुना जीरा पाउडर)
* Chat Masala(चाट मसाला)
* Salt(नमक) - As per taste
* Red Chilli Powder(लाल मिर्च पाउडर)
* Water(पानी) - Some
* Asafoetida/Hing Powder(हींग पाउडर) - Less than 1/4 Tsp
* Ice Cubes(बर्फ के टुकड़े)
* Lemon Juice(नींबू का रस) - 1-1.5 Spoon
* Sugar(चीनी) - 2 Spoon

For Sweet Chutney:
* Water(पानी) - 1/2 Cup
* Jaggery(गुड़) - 1 Bowl
* Tamarind Pulp(इमली का पल्प) - 1/4 Bowl
* Salt(नमक) - As per taste
* Red Chilli Powder(लाल मिर्च पाउडर)
* Roasted Cumin Powder(भुना जीरा पाउडर)
* Dried Ginger Powder(सोंठ/अदरक का पाउडर)
* Asafoetida/Hing Powder(हींग पाउडर)

For Chaat:
* Pizza Base(पिज्जा बेस)
* Butter(मक्खन)
* Tamarind Water(इमली का पानी)
* Potato(आलू) - Boiled
* Sweet Chutney(मीठी चटनी)
* Green Chutney(हरी चटनी)
* Tomato(टमाटर)
* Green Chilli(हरी मिर्च)
* Namkeen Farsan/Sev(सेव/नमकीन)
* Onion(प्याज)
* Coriander Leaves(धनिया पत्ती)
* Lemon Juice(नींबू का रस)

For Masala:
* Chat Masala(चाट मसाला)
* Red Chilli Powder(लाल मिर्च पाउडर)
* Black Salt(काला नमक)
* Roasted Cumin Powder(भुना जीरा पाउडर)

For Bhel:
* Puffed Rice/Murmura(मुरमुरा) - 2-3 Bowl
* Peanuts(मूंगफली)
* Roasted Grams(भुने चने)
* Namkeen Farsan/Sev(सेव/नमकीन)
* Papdi(पापड़ी)
* Onion(प्याज)
* Potato(आलू) - Boiled
* Coriander Leaves(धनिया पत्ती)
* Green Chilli(हरी मिर्च)
* Dry Chutney(सूखी चटनी)
* Tomato(टमाटर)
* Lemon Juice(नींबू का रस)
* Nylon Sev/Namkeen(सेव/नमकीन)
* Masala(मसाला)
* Guava(अमरूद)
* Chilli Sauce(चिली सॉस)
* Sweet Chutney(मीठी चटनी)
* Green Chutney(हरी चटनी)

RECIPE:
For Green Chutney, in a mixer jar, put Roasted Gram, Mint Leaves, Coriander Leaves, Ginger, Green Chilli, Black Salt, Roasted Cumin Powder, Chat Masala, Lemon Juice and grind it dry. Then take out the half Chutney in a bowl & keep the remaining Chutney in a mixer jar. Then add some Mint Leaves, Coriander Leaves, Black Salt, Chat Masala, Roasted Cumin Powder, Salt, Lemon Juice, Ice Cubes, Roasted Gram. Grind it by using some Water & take it out in a bowl.

For Masala Paani, take a mixer jar, put Green Chilli, Ginger, Mint Leaves, Coriander Leaves, Tamarind Pulp, Black Salt, Chat Masala, Roasted Cumin Powder, Salt, Lemon Juice, Ice Cubes, Red Chilli Powder, Asafoetida/Hing Powder, Sugar Powder & grind well. Take out the paste in a bowl & mix some Water & keep it aside.
For Sweet Chutney, keep the pan on the flame, put some Water, Jaggery, Tamarind Pulp, Red Chilli Powder, Salt to taste, Roasted Cumin Powder, Dried Ginger Powder, Asafoetida/Hing Powder & cook it well. When it gets thick then turn the flame off & take it out in a bowl.

For Chat, take Pizza Base/Bread/Bun cut them into small pieces. Put some Butter on tawa & roast them & make them crispy.
For Serving, take a serving plate, add some Tamarind Water, roasted Bread pieces, sliced cut boiled Potato, sprinkle some Mixed Masala, some Sweet Chutney, Green Chutney, finely chopped Tomato, Green Chilli, Namkeen Farsan/Sev, Sweet & Green Chutney, finely chopped Onion, Coriander Leaves & some Lemon Juice. Then sprinkle some mixed Masala & Tamarind Water on it & enjoy the tasty Chaat.  

For Bhel, roast some Puffed Rice/Murmure & take them out in a bowl. Then put some Roasted Peanut, Roasted Gram, Namkeen Farsan/Mixture, crushed Papdi, boiled & chopped Potato, Onion, Coriander Leaves, Green Chilli, Dry Chutney, Tomato, Lemon Juice, Guava, mixed Masala, Sweet Chutney, Green Chutney, Chilli Sauce, chopped Guava, Lemon Juice, Nylon Sev & mix them all well. Garnish with Coriander Leaves, serve it with papdi & enjoy it.
