A gas boiler by Ferroli: problems here, there and not only!

There are a few reasons
There are a few reasons not to buy a Ferroli gas-fired condensing boiler BLUEHELIX PRO 25C.
The video shows first how the boiler’s poor programming makes it start in the heating mode (the 15 sec of the video clip) at 2/3 of max power (two flames in the rightmost part on the LCD), run for a minute and then shut. The heating is set at 43 C. At 1 min and 56 sec you will see that the boiler starts in the hot water mode at 1/3 of max power (one flame in the rightmost part on the LCD). The video proves that the boiler’s burner is designed to start at 1/3 max power, but it never does so in the heating mode, thus putting an unnecessary stress on the boiler’s parts and speeding up wear and tear. If you follow a link below, you'll see that this issue shortens the gas valve's life more than twice. But there are other parts in the boiler that may fail even earlier than the valve all due to someone intentionally or otherwise doing a bit of improper programming. This is the main problem and I have found no way to fix it.
Besides the main issue, the boiler has such problems:
1. The burner is too powerful in the hot water mode to allow any economic use of water.
2. When a room thermostat turns off the boiler, the boiler's pump stops immediately without a delay to let just heated water to get out of the boiler.
3. It has had a few instances of poor workmanship, e.g. clogged at the factory pump and poorly soldered pipes allowing for oxidation.
4. A syphon of the condenser is too small and hard to put back without a leak.
Other observations:
- the boiler is of a sound design and has high-quality parts, but has a number of flaws that are too hard to fix if you don’t know much about electronics and programming;
- the Ferroli customer service is instructed neither to hear you, nor to accept any fault on the brand's part, however hard you try. The main office in Italy did not reply to my enquiry. So don't waste your time, there are better things to do.
