Vanilla Ice-cream ingredients:
Egg yolks: 6
Heavy cream (35%): 500 g, 2 cups. Add in by two times
Whole milk: 250 g, 1 cup
Sugar: 120g, 1/2 cup
Vanilla paste:8g, 1/2 teaspoons

Steps:
1. Mix egg yolks with 1 cup of cream, mix. Then add the rest ingredients. Use double boiler to heat up the mixture.
2. Cool it, then put it into a fridge for 4 hours or longer.
3. Mix it with a hand mixture to add bubbles. Store in a freezer for 2.5-3 hours.
4. Beat with a hand mixture one more time.
5. Store it in a freezer.
