The driver of a white Mustang is dragged out of his vehicle by two angry guys during a citizen's arrest. A few minutes earlier, a family spotted the car driving erratically. The chase continued through the streets of Houston, until the driver in the Mustang turned into a parking lot, hoping to vanish into the sea of vehicles.
