✔️ peppercorn 40 gr / 1.4 oz
✔️ cognac 20 ml / 0.7 fl oz
✔️ dry white wine or madere 50 ml / 1.7 fl oz
✔️ concentrated meat stock 250 ml (if you have non-concentrated stock, add 1 tablespoon of startch)
✔️ fat cream 60 ml / 2 fl oz
✔️ butter 20 gr / 0.7 oz
✔️ salt
