feedback system project for final year student PHP and Mysql

The Academic Feedback System has been developed by our team.
A fully functional web application is created using PHP and MySQL to help the students to submit their academic feedback for particular faculty of their branch and year and faculty can see only the number of students who have submitted the feedback for their subjects.

Admin has been implemented to keep track of the feedback, students and faculty. Admin can delete feedback, students and faculty. Neumorphic design is implemented in the project.
