Salt, to taste
Method:

Heat a pan and dry roast the makhana until they become crisp. Allow them to cool.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the roasted makhana, sev, chopped onion, tomato, green chili, and coriander leaves.
Add a generous drizzle of tamarind chutney and green chutney over the mixture.
Sprinkle chaat masala, red chili powder, and salt according to taste.
Toss the mixture well until all the ingredients are evenly coated with the chutneys and spices.
Garnish with roasted peanuts and a squeeze of fresh lemon juice.
