• From this amount of dough, ± 43 pieces of samsa weighing 65 g or ± 32 pieces of samsa weighing 80 g are obtained
• The dough can be frozen, we thaw the required amount in the refrigerator
• Ready-made dough can be stored in the freezer for about 1.5-2 months

For this perfect puff pastry, we need...

Flour - 1570 gr
Milk - 786 gr
Vegetable oil - 48 gr
Egg - 1 pc
Salt - 25 gr

• Divide the finished dough into 3 or 6 equal parts

Butter 82.5% fat - 400 g (for greasing the dough)

• Melt the butter and evaporate the liquid over low heat or pour the melted butter into another container, leaving a milky residue
• We send the finished puff pastry to the refrigerator for at least 3 hours, and preferably at night
