STROKE RECOVERY | REHAB | FROM PARALYSIS TO PUSH UP

This is my journey , from laying in a hospital bed, partially paralysed, not being able to move any part of my left side, to completing 20 push-ups. This was something that, at times, seemed unattainable. The journey continues….life is good.
