Ingredients:

1 kg chicken
1 Tbsp salt
1 tsp Chilli Powder
1 Tbsp garlic paste
1 Tbsp ginger paste
4_5 green chilli
1 lemon juice
1 Cup curd
mint and Coriander leaves
1 tsp kewra water
4 tomatoes
2 onions
1 Cup ghee

Special Homemade Biryani Masala Ingredients:
14 cloves
1 tsp Cumin
1 tsp Black Pepper
1/2 tsp caraway seeds
8 green Cardamom
2 star anise
1 mace
1/2 nutmeg

For Rice:
1 kg rice
3 bay leaves
3 cinnamon stick
1 tsp Cumin
2 Tsp Vinegar

For layering:
1 Tbsp biryani masala
2 Tbsp yellow color
