Collaboration is essential to the success of your projects.  Autodesk EAGLE and Fusion360 are tightly integrated to support deep bidirectional collaboration between the electronics and mechanical cad domains.  And though tight, ecad--mcad collaboration is essential, at times you’ll want to share data beyond the application.  This is where Fusion Team plays an essential role in wider product ecosystem.

Fusion team provides a context for collaboration which doesnt require any of the specialist knowledge required to run CAD software.  To begin using team, create a Project.  You can then invite collaborators to your project and give then editing or viewing capability.

To create and share a 3D model of your PCB with them, launch the Fusion Sync command from EAGLE and select your project.  Your file will be converted to 3D, with models loaded from your libraries or the content available on library.io.  When the file is done uploading, you’ll see the board under your project in Fusion Team.

Here you can view your board in 3D, make comments, measure, do redlining, and more.  You can also download your file in multiple formats for use in your preferred mechanical editing environment, including Fusion 360 or Inventor.

All Fusion 360 users already have a Fusion Team entitlement and all of your data in Team is accessible from the Data Panel within Fusion 360, seamlessly synchronized across the domain.
