Hey Guy,
As we all know Navratri has started and we all are doing fast and want to have some different recipe … so here’s the Sabudana Cutlet(Vada) with twist for all, which is very crispy and tasty . So this Navratri definitely try this cutlet and enjoy with your family and friends.
Ingredient:
1) Potato – 3 nos
2) Sago(sabudana) – 1 cup
3) Roasted peanuts
4) Green chilies – 3 nos
5) Chopped fresh coriander
6) Rock salt (Sendha Namak)
Method :
1) In a bowl add potato, sago, peanuts, green chilies and coriander.
2) Now add some rock salt.
3) Next combine together to make a dough.
4) Grease your hand and start making balls and give the shape of cutlet.
5) Next preheat the pan and add oil for shallow frying.
6) Add the cutlets and fry them in low flame.
7) When its done from one side turn the cutlets.
8) When its done turn off the flame.
