Tiger Nuts Chufa Harvest Ancient Edible Tubers

Tuber season is almost here! This week we are starting to harvest tiger nuts, chinese artichokes, Apios and many varieties of Jerusalem artichokes. We are making some harvest videos to show you some these new ancient edible tubers. We're sending out preorders as tubers come into season depending on what you have ordered. Especially Oca, Mashua and Yacons depend on the first hard frost. Please bare with us on these, we will be emailing confirmation and tracking numbers once your parcel has gone out.
