I was bullied at work. I am afraid.

I was bullied at work and it cost me my job. I am afraid to go back to work. I wish for others to see this so that they might understand what it causes people to go through. I hope that it stops some day so others wont have to feel the way that I have. Please share this if you know someone or are someone who has gone through this.
