HANDS-ON REVIEW OF LUMEA IPL HAIR REMOVAL SERIES 9000 | Why I am choosing IPL over Laser and my first experience with Philips Lumea IPL Hair Removal Series 9000. I find this IPL machine so much cheaper than buying a one-time session of laser hair removal + it might last many years.
In this video, I share my new hair removal device. I will start using this machine to remove some facial hair and possibly maintain other areas of my body as hairless as possible for the longest period of time.
