The pineapple and orange juice blend well with the blue curacao, and there is a hint of the spirits. LONG ISLAND SUNSET
.5 oz/15 ml Vodka
.5 oz/15 ml White Rum
.5 oz/15 ml Silver Tequila
.5 oz/15 ml London Dry Gin
.5 oz/15 ml Cointreau
.5 oz/15 ml Blue Curacao
2.5 oz/75 ml Orange Juice
2.5 oz/75 ml Pineapple Juice
METHOD
1. Add all ofthe ingredients except the blue curacao to a shaker tin.
2. Shake with ice for 8-10 seconds.
3. In a hurricane glass add the Blue Curacao over fresh ice.
4. Strain the mixture ontop.
5. Garnish with an Orange wheel.
