anxiety attacks

Something I recorded tonight to describe my issues with anxiety and panic attacks. Hoping it will help those of you that have these symptoms but may not know what they are or what to do. It's IMPORTANT to remember that you WILL be fine. You wont die from these, even though they are VERY scary.
