Freeze Drying Salt Water Taffy in the Harvest Right Freeze Dryer.

Seems like freeze drying is becoming the "in thing" for preserving food for long term storage. 20 to 30 years for some things. But did you know that there are other fun things you can also do? Snacks, fruit treats, etc...and CANDY! Some candies lend them selves very well to the process and come out of it quite different then when they went in. Like the Salt Water Taffy in this video.
