In this episode of Think Tank, we break two of the most iconic merc groups Fallout has to offer in an attempt to figure out who really is in control of the wasteland.
The Gunners and Talon Company are some of the most highly trained groups in the business, but what I want to figure out is whos funding and them and why. Why give such deadly means to two groups that appear on the surface as nothing more than overly aggressive raiders?
