Something I didn't touch on: How do you get decimals on your action points? I honestly don't know, I think it's all due to floating point errors and/or possibly the formula that determines how much AP you lose for getting hit (it changes depending on your current AP).
The decimals will go away if you cap out your AP at 5000 or -5000.
