The series again focuses on Marvel's cosmic heroes defending the universe, this time against the Phalanx. Nova Richard Riderreturns once more in a title role, along with Phylla-Vell Quasar, Peter Quill Star-Lord, and a new character called Wraith. The series also sees the return of Adam Warlock to the Marvel Universe.
