Hey there, welcome back to my channel! 🌟 In today's vlog, join me as I kick off my Dubai adventure with an exciting Day 1 filled with internship work, shopping at the charming Dubai Village, and some delightful family moments. 🌇 Morning Internship Work: My day started with some internship work.
👗 Dubai Village: After getting dressed, my mom and I headed out to Dubai Village. It's a shopping destination like no other, blending traditional elements with modern architecture. I have my eyes on a pair of Prada sunglasses – spoiler alert, but i cannot resist trying out these Fendi ones !
😎 Compared to Dubai Mall, the prices were tempting, but the commute to the "Outlet" Village was a bit of a journey.
🚗 Tesla Taxi Surprise: On our way back, we had a jaw-dropping moment when we hopped into a Tesla taxi. Surprisingly, the fare was the same as a regular taxi! Dubai, you've got style and sustainability.
🚶♀️ Relaxing Stroll: Later in the day, I enjoyed a leisurely walk with our cutest Svea and Kasper. (She did not want any digital footprints so didn’t film her 😂)
🛍️ Ibn Batuta Mall: Evening took us to Ibn Batuta Mall, just a stone's throw away from Sullu Masi's house. On the way, we made a quick pitstop at a gas station. Fun fact: In Dubai, you can even have petrol delivered to your doorstep at the same price – how cool is that?
🍽️ Dinner at Kamat: We dined at Kamat in Ibn Batuta Mall, and let me tell you, their cheese dosa is a solid 10/10! If you're in Dubai and craving some cheesy goodness, Kamat is the place to be.
📚 Stationery Paradise: If, like me, you're a stationery enthusiast, you're in for a treat! I'll take you to one of my favorite stationery shops in Dubai – Typo. Plus, there's another gem called Flying Machine that I highly recommend.
🎉 Mumma's Birthday: We wrapped up the night with a special birthday celebration for my mom at home. Stay tuned until the end to witness the adorable moment when Kasper slyly licks Sullu masi’s fingers while she is wishing Mumma a happy birthday.
